For most people, it begins here with rest.

Stepping away from the busyness. Sleeping, walking, reading, nothing required. And sometimes something naturally begins to happen.

When things become quieter, space arises — to feel, to pause, or to look at what is happening inside. For those who wish, there is also space for that here.

Guidance in simplicity

During your stay, there may be room for a moment of guidance. This usually arises naturally — from a conversation, a question, or simply the sense that something wants a bit more attention.

Everything takes place in a calm and open atmosphere, without fixed structure or expectations.

How a session unfolds

Sometimes moments arise — like when you’re on holiday — where there is naturally more rest and space. You have fewer demands. The mind becomes quieter. And there is some distance from your daily story. In that openness, what has been present for a while often becomes more noticeable — things that usually don’t get space in the busyness. A session consciously creates such a moment of slowing down and openness.

Arriving in what is

We begin gently. There’s nowhere to go, nothing to achieve. We slow down and bring attention to the body. What is felt right now? Perhaps tension, restlessness, fatigue… or maybe emptiness. We let go of the story for a moment and return to direct experience.

Making space for feelings

In daily life, we often try to understand, change, or push away feelings. Here, we do the opposite. We explore whether you can simply let a feeling exist as it is — without needing to fix it. Just like on holiday, when there is suddenly space and things begin to soften naturally, that can happen here too. Not because you are doing something, but because there is less resistance.

Deepening

From that space, we sometimes look one step further. My way of guiding is gentle and clear, inspired by non-duality and simple ways of letting go (such as the Sedona approach).

We explore what happens when thoughts, feelings, and sensations are simply allowed to appear and disappear. And what remains when you don’t need to do anything with them. Often, something becomes noticeable — a quiet, open space. Something that has always been there, but is rarely truly noticed.

Rest and integration

We take time to simply be with what shows itself. Without needing to change anything. Without going anywhere. This rest and openness are not limited to holidays or circumstances — they can also be present in everyday life.

What this can bring

After a session, people often experience:

  • more calm in mind and body
  • less getting stuck in thoughts or emotions
  • more space to feel without becoming overwhelmed
  • a sense of simplicity and greater flow

As if there is less to “carry,” and life becomes a bit more natural.

A session can arise spontaneously during your stay, or be easily arranged if you feel the need.

You are welcome to simply come and rest and enjoy the place. And if something wants to deepen, there is space for that — in simplicity, at your own pace.
